Standing proud, this class is the core to not only the Council, not only to the stars themselves, but to the site. They are the ones who risk life and death, blessings and curses, just to make sure the Realms are safe for others to travel to. To make sure that your vital message gets from one leader to the next, making sure that people are warned of impending dangers- that is just one of the jobs of this class.

Welcome, the Travelers.

This class is heavily tied into the desires of the Council as they use them to gather information, deliver messages that are too important to go over with Gears and Runes, they scout out things in new Planes to ensure everyone else's safety, the core group who attempt to find those precious Shards, and of course... Lackeys. Travelers are Lackeys to the Council, doing what they wish. Of course, they're able to bend some rules and such due to their class, just to make sure that they get back alive. Sure, punishments may follow, but it's better to live than to die. But even though they get to go on adventures and such, get a sense of freedom, they still need to be trained.

Undergoing 4 years of being taught which can never be cut down, Travelers attend multiple classes in the Academy of Plane and Realm research-which is of course filled with Council teachers, and veteran Travelers. However, some characters decide that they want to take a step back from their Travels, seeing far more than Light ever intended for them to see. These experienced characters will take up the roles of Veteran Travelers. That's right, if you want your character to teach, just throw one of the admins a PM and we can work something out.

Something to note is that Travelers require training to get their bodies used to the stress of being taken apart and put back together through Portal traversing. After all, without the training, it'd hurt them far too much to even consider going through them more than once. However, seeing the potential dangers, Light had mercy on the class. To help protect them from the environment of wherever they're traveling, Light made Traveler Marks.

Travelers marks makes it to where, should a Traveler go to Utopia, they can breathe under water, this also applies to Yvantis. Other harsh environments are also taken under control by these marks, allowing them to also go into more extreme temperatures without too much difficulty. That being said, don't go jumping into fire- you'll still die. Sometimes the marks can be made into a very significant artifact- such as a necklace -for the user to use instead of tattoos. Granted, a Marksman will have to apply the Mark to the object yearly, and should the artifact be taken away the user can be in grave danger, so just be aware of this if you decide to take this option.

These are EXTREMELY important to the story of the Travelers.
